Propuesta de diseño del terminal de transporte intermunicipal de IV categoría para el municipio de Santa Rosa del Sur, Departamento de Bolívar

El presente proyecto de grado tuvo como propósito plantear el diseño del terminal de intermunicipal de IV categoría en el municipio de Santa Rosa del Sur, Bolívar, generando un equipamiento que concentre las diferentes empresas transportadoras en un punto estratégico del municipio. Para ello, inicialmente, se identificaron las problemáticas y necesidades urbanas del lugar, posteriormente se recolectan datos cuantitativos y cualitativos sobre usuarios, empresas de transporte, además de normas urbanas y técnicas. Luego se analizaron referentes teóricos y tipológicos de terminales de transporte intermunicipal de IV categoría para extraer principios de diseño que responden a las determinantes ambientales y físicas del lugar, utilizando elementos tecno-constructivos, que solucionan el componente funcional y formal mediante módulos repetitivos prefabricados de fácil montaje y desmontaje e implementando ciertas estratégicas bioclimáticas. Dicho equipamiento permite erradicar las paradas informales, sobre las vías principales, de las diversas empresas transportadoras, lo cual aporta una alternativa al desarrollo urbano en el municipio. The purpose of this project was to propose the design of the IV category intermunicipal land transportation terminal in the municipality of Santa Rosa del Sur, Bolivar, generating a facility that concentrates the different transportation companies in a strategic point of the municipality. To do this, initially, the problems and urban needs of the place were identified, then quantitative and qualitative data on users, transport companies, as well as urban and technical standards were collected. Theoretical and typological references of category IV intermunicipal transportation terminals were then analyzed to extract design principles that respond to the environmental and physical determinants of the site, using techno-constructive elements that solve the functional and formal component through repetitive prefabricated modules that are easy to assemble and disassemble, and implementing certain bioclimatic strategies.
