Plan prospectivo estratégico del Instituto Municipal para la Recreación y el Deporte Cúcuta 2021- 2024

Este trabajo fue realizado con el objetivo de crear un plan estratégico para el Instituto para la Recreación y el Deporte IMRD de Cúcuta en el periodo 2021 al 2024, con el fin de beneficiar a la organización, a los deportistas y la comunidad Cucuteña en general que obtienen un beneficio de grandes proporciones al estar al corriente de los procesos administrativos y organizacionales del mismo ente deportivo. El trabajo escrito incluye la descripción de todos los servicios ofrecidos por El Instituto, analizando las ventajas y desventajas de los servicios que ofrece, evidenciando la falta de presupuesto para la realización de las actividades, la fallas en los filtros y en la contratación del personal de planta y la carencia en la experiencia y manejos de las TICS, todo eso se lograra Haciendo una exploración comparativa a partir de un análisis DOFA de mercados en lo concerniente a servicios y productos, análisis de oferta y demanda ofrecidos en la ciudad de Cúcuta. This work was carried out with the objective of creating a strategic plan for the IMRD Institute for Recreation and Sports of Cucuta in the period 2021 to 2024, in order to benefit the organization, the athletes and the Cucuteña community in general that They obtain a benefit of great proportions by being up-to-date with the administrative and organizational processes of the same sports entity.
