Abstract

Sustav kontrole visine elektrode neophodan je za rad CNC plazma rezača. Ukoliko ne bi imali takav sustav, došlo bi do oštećenja elektrode te rezovi ne bi bili čisti. Cijene takvih sustava često prelaze iznose od nekoliko tisuća kuna. To je bila glavna motivacija za izradu ovog rada. U radu je opisan način izrade takvog sustava. Postignuta je točnost mjerenja napona elektrode od 99.8%. Rad je u potpunosti realiziran no zbog nedostataka opreme nije testiran na pravom plazma rezaču već je njegov rad simuliran te se sustav ponašao prema očekivanjima. An electrode height control system is necessary for the operation of a CNC plasma cutter. Not having such a system would result in electrode damage and unclean cuts. The prices of such systems often exceed the amount of several thousand kunas. That was the main motivation for making this work. The paper describes how to design such a system. An accuracy of 99.8% electrode voltage measurement was achievet. The assignment was fully realized but due to the lack of equipment it was not tested on a real plasma cutter but its operation was simulated and the system behaved as expected.
