Abstract
- Ovaj rad teoretski objašnjava suvremene teorije prelaska djeteta iz dječjeg vrtića u osnovnu školu. Program predškole obavezan je u Republici Hrvatskoj i propisan je zakonskim i podzakonskim aktima i propisima. Program predškole provodi se pri dječjim vrtićima, a provode ga odgojitelji. Odgojitelj koji provodi program predškole posjeduje određene kompetencije za obavljanje odgojno-obrazovnog rada. Dio njegovih kompetencija je uvažavanje kompetencija djeteta u godini pred polazak u školu. Isto tako u ovom radu opisane su teorije spremnosti za školu prema najnovijim saznanjima, a koje naglašavaju individualni razvoj svakog djeteta. Prema njima, kvalitetan prijelaz postaje odgovornost svih uključenih aktera koji zajednički rade na njegovom olakšavanju. Istraživanje je provedeno među odgojiteljima iz okolice. Ispitan je stav odgojitelja o kompetencijama za provođenje programa predškole. Nadalje, ispitan je stav prema kompetencijama odgojitelja i kompetencijama djeteta. Odgojitelji su navodili svoje mišljenje o stavu roditelja prema programu predškole, a koji su izgradili tijekom svog rada u programu predškole, ili u radu s djecom pred polazak u školu. Većina odgojitelja navodi velike razlike u shvaćanjima programa predškole roditelja djece, te ističu potrebu bolje informiranosti roditelja. Također, navode i da stavovi roditelja utječu na njihov rad. Iz svega navedenog proizlazi da je potreban rad na povezivanju odgojitelja i roditelja na način koji će omogućiti bolju informiranost roditelja, a samim tim i bolju i kvalitetniju suradnju. Preschool program is compulsory in Republic of Croatia, and it is regulated by Acts of preschool education. It is emplemented in kindergarden, and it is run by preschool teachers. Every preschool theacher owns certain competencies for their work. The important part of their competencies is to appreciate competencies of a child before going to school. The theories of a child readiness were also explained in this paperwork. It is important that these theories are modern and emphasize inidividual development of a child. According to them, good transition is a responsibility of all actors working together. Study which is the part of this work is conducted between 78 preschool teachers from Zadar and nearby towns. It examined the attitude of preschool teachers towards their competence for running a preschool programme. Also, it examined their attitude towards competencies of a child and of a preschool teacher. Then, they highlight their opinion about parents attitude of a preschool programme. Their opinion is a result of an experience from work in a preschool programme. The majority of preschool teachers claimed great differences in understanding preschool programme by parents, and they emphasize importance of better parental awareness. They also claimed that parental attitude affects their work. We can conclude that it is important to work on connecting parents and preschool teachers, so that they can be better informed, which leads to partnership between everyone involved.
