Advanced substation control system

Automatizacija arhitekture transformatorske stanice dovela je do očite potrebe za razvojem jedinstvenog protokola komunikacije te se prema tome pristupa razvoju standardne norme IEC 61850. Ova norma određuje univerzalan konfiguracijski jezik SCL, standardan princip modeliranja elemenata rasklopnog postrojenja, standardne vertikalne i horizontalne apstraktne servise komunikacije te načine njihovog mapiranja na stvarne protokole. Fokus rada je na GOOSE porukama fiksne strukture koje omogućuju jako brz prijenos promjene signala između više uređaja putem ethernet mreže i optičkih kabela. Nadalje, prikazano je kako se u transformatorskim stanicama GOOSE poruke koriste za ostvarivanje različitih funkcija upravljanja i zaštite te kako je na stvarnom primjeru TS Đakovo 220/110 kV moguće ostvariti interoperabilnost uređaja različitih proizvođača. Na kraju su navedene osnovne značajke koncepta procesne sabirnice koji je budućnost sustava upravljanja transformatorskom stanicom. Automation of substation architecture led to the obvious need for an unified communication protocol. Because of that, group of engineers start developing a standard named IEC 61850. This standard defines Substation Configuration Language (SCL), principle of modeling switchgear elements, standard vertical and horizontal abstract communication services and methods for mapping them to the actual protocols. This paper focuses on the GOOSE messages that allow very fast transmission of signal changes between multiple devices via Ethernet networks and fiber optic cables. Therefore, it is shown how the GOOSE messages are used in substation for the realization of various functions of management and protection. Likewise, interoperability of devices from different manufacturers is shown on a real example of Đakovo 220/110 kV. At the end of this paper are specified main features of the process bus concept, which is the future of substation automation systems.
