La mobilisation de la liberté d’entreprendre dans le cadre de la QPC

Etude portant sur la manière dont la liberté d'entreprendre est mobilisée depuis 2010 par certains justiciables dans le cadre du contentieux de la QPC (Question prioritaire de constitutionnalité). Etude menée dans le cadre du Master 2 Droit public général et contentieux publics, rattachée au rapport QPC2020 sur "Les justiciables de la QPC" remis au Conseil constitutionnel le 15 janvier 2020, dirigé par le professeur Emmanuel Cartier (Université de Lille). Study on the way in which the freedom of enterprise is mobilized since 2010 by certain litigants in the context of the QPC litigation (application for a priority preliminary ruling on the issue of constitutionality) . Study carried out as part of the Master 2 General Public Law and Public Litigation, linked to the QPC2020 report on "Les justiciables de la QPC" submitted to the Constitutional Council on 15 January 2020, directed by Professor Emmanuel Cartier (University of Lille).
