Building Identification Numbers in the context of digitization of the building permit procedure

Novela stavebního zákona č. 47/2020 Sb. zavádí v souvislosti s digitalizací stavebního řízení informační systém identifikačního čísla stavby. Tímto se rozumí informační systém veřejné správy, který slouží k přidělování jedinečného identifikátoru stavby, který umožňuje jednoznačně identifi kovat stavbu nebo zařízení v informačních systémech veřejné správy a přiřazovat nebo sdružovat informace vedené v informačních systémech veřejné správy ke stavbě nebo zařízení. Přiřazené identifi kační číslo stavby (IČS) bude plnit úlohu jedinečného bezvýznamového univerzálního identifi kátoru a bude se stavbou spojeno v průběhu celého jejího životního cyklu. Příspěvek dále představuje základní koncepty možného způsobu členění staveb a zařízení pro účely jejich evidence v informačním systému identifikačního čísla stavby a zamýšlené údaje o stavbě, které budou vedeny v informačním systému identifi kačního čísla stavby. In connection with the digitization of the building permit procedure, an amendment to the Building Act 47/2020 has introduced an information system for building identification numbers. As a unique identifier, these numbers will make it possible to identify unequivocally a building or facility within the information systems of public administration and associate other information with it. The Building Information Number will identify the building universally and throughout its life cycle. This article presents a few basic concepts of possible categorization of buildings and facilities in terms of data intended for evidence within the information system of building identifi cation numbers.
