Abstract

This article is focused on the new role of employment agencies that caused the amendment to Employment Act. The first chapter describes the structure of Internet users, which is the basis for determining the use of the Internet for recruitment. The following are changes that have a direct effect on the activity of employment agencies. The second chapter contains an analysis of employment agencies, their mutual comparison and the conclusions of this research with representatives of the best of them. This piece of work ends with reflects on possible new trends in social networks.
