Abstract

U ovom radu je prikazana izrada robota s pet stupnjeva slobode gibanja koristeći topološku optimizaciju. Cilj je bio izraditi funkcionalan robot za obavljanje određenog zadatka te za ručno upravljanje. Pritom se fokus stavljao na topološku optimizaciju određenih dijelova robota. Za odabrane dijelove bilo je potrebno provesti topološku optimizaciju u pet odabranih softvera te nakon toga analizirati i usporediti međusobno rezultate koje je dao svaki softver te nakon toga odabrati najpovoljnije rezultate te ih izraditi pomoću 3D printera In this thesis it was shown the making of a five degree of freedom robot with the help of topology optimization. The goal was to make a fully functional robot that can do a repeating task and also allows manual control. The focus was mostly on the topology optimization of the chosen robot parts. For the chosen parts topology optimization was done in five softwares and after that the results were analyzed and compared to each other. After that the most suitable parts were chosen for 3D printing.
