Bebeği Konjenital Anomalili Doğan Annenin Anne-Bebek Bağlanmasında Yaşadığı Güçlükler ve Hemşirenin Rolü

Bağlanma; bebek ile anne arasında gelişen, bebeğin güven duygusunun gelişmesinde temel oluşturan güçlü bir bağdır. Annenin bebeği ile kurduğu iletişim ve etkileşim ne kadar erken ve sağlıklı ise anne-bebek bağlanması da o kadar gelişecektir. Anne ya da bebeğe ait bazı sorunları, bağlanma sürecini olumsuz etkileyebilmektedir. Bebeğe ait en önemli sorunlardan biri, bebeğin konjenital anomalili doğmasıdır. Bebekte konjenital anomali olması bazı ebeveynlerin bebeği kabullenmesini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, önce yenidoğan yoğun bakım, daha sonra çocuk yoğun bakım ünitesinde yatarak holoprozensefali, yarık dudak ve damak, nazal agenezi, diabetes insipidus tanıları ile bakım ve tedavisi yapılan ve nadir görülen bir olguda, anne-bebek bağlanmasında yaşanılan güçlükler ve hemşirenin rolünün literatür temel alınarak tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Attachment is a sound connection which is built between infant and mother and lays a ground for the development of infant's feeling of confidence. The earlier and the healthier the communication and interaction between infant and mother, the stronger infant-mother attachment will develop. Some problems related to mother or infant can adversely affect the attachment process. One of the most important problems related to infant is birth of infant with congenital anomaly. Congenital anomaly of infant makes it difficult for some parents to accept the infant. This study discusses the role of nursing and the difficulties experienced in mother-infant attachment in a rare case of an infant hospitalized and treated first in neonatal; and then in pediatric intensive care unit with the diagnoses of holoprosencephaly, cleft lip and palate, nasal agenesis, diabetes insipidus based on the literature.
