Mobile telemedicine and wireless remote monitoring applications

Tezin ana amacı, Teletıp'ın Dünyada ve Türkiye'de hangi standartlar ileyapılabilecegini ortaya koyarak mobil örnek bir uygulamanın çalıstırılıp sonuç eldeedilmesidir. Proje, bir fizibilite niteliginde teknoloji tavsiyeleri üzerindeodaklanmaktadır. Projede belirli ürün veya üreticiler tavsiye edilmemektedir.Piyasadaki ürünler ele alınarak teknolojik çözüm tartısılmaktadır. Çalısma, hastadanölçülen bilgilerin kablosuz iletimi üzerinde durmaktadır. Biyomedikal parametrelerinfiziksel ölçümünün genis bir sekilde tanımlanması ve detaylı analizi bu çalısmanınkapsamının dısındadır. Hastaların tedavisi, bakımının tıbbi açıdan genis bir sekildedegerlendirilmesi söz konusu degildir. Teknolojik cihazların tıbbi personel ve hastalartarafından kullanılması ana konudur. Çalısma hastaların bakımı açısından kablosuzizleme sistemlerinin kapsamını ele almaktadır ve uzaktan saglık hizmetlerinin öneminikavramıs sirketler ve kurumlar için degerli bir kaynak niteligindedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Mobil Teletıp, Biyomedikal Sensörler, Kablosuz, Saglık Bakımı In this study, a mobile sample application is implemented by defining the related globalstandards formed for Telemedicine. The work is focused on recommendations oftechnology associated with a feasibility study. The project does not strictly recommendspecific equipment vendors and products. Technological solution is discussed byexamining the products in the marketplace and evaluation of specific products can bemade based on the investigated solutions and defined standards accordingly. The projectfocuses on the wireless transmission of measured data from the patient to the receivinginformation system. Expanded definitions of physical measurement of biomedicalparameters, the analysis and presentation of collected information are beyond the scopeof this work. The medical aspect of patient handling and monitoring is not covered. Theutilization of technological tools by medical staff and patients is the main concept. Theproject provides an overview of technological aspect of wireless remote monitoring andwearable health monitoring technologies for health care patients. The work leads to newapproaches in early diagnosis, disease prevention and patient safety and is valuable fortechnology companies that acknowledge the health care as an outstanding market andesteem information about remote monitoring technology.
