Abstract

A 20-year-old girl came to the Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital because of progressive herniation of her right eye for 3 months. Examination revealed a huge mass behind the right eyeball, which was clinically diagnosed as a space-occupying lesion of the right orbit. Because the tumor was close to the nerve, most of the tumor was resected and pathologically diagnosed as a poorly differentiated leiomyosarcoma. Orbital evisceration was performed later. There was no recurrence during the 10-year follow-up.20岁青年女性因右眼渐进性突出3个月就诊。 .
