Abstract

The paper is concerned with principal know-how aspects in production of sour milk food for infants and subjects on diet. Ingredients of dry (Rostok, Rostok 1) and liquid (Kislomolochny, Biolact) mixtures are listed. Increased production of the above food will help to meet the requirement of children and diet-keeping adults in dairy produce in Russia.
