Abstract

Fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) play key roles in promoting cancer cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. However, acquired resistance to FGFR inhibitors has become an emerging challenge in long-term cancer therapies, especially for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
