Abstract: A case of monolobar localization of Caroli's disease with intrahepatic cholesterol gallstones is described. The patient was successfully treated with left hepatic resection. Residual intrahepatic cholesterol gallstones causing frequent cholangitis dissolved with chenodeoxycholic acid treatment.
