Abstract

The structural-functional model of the professional competence formation of future railway transport bachelors in professional training, which provides for the sequential implementation of structured blocks (methodological-target, organizational-procedural, control-resultative) are theoretically substantiated and developed in the article. The methodological-target block of the model covers the goal, methodological approaches, principles, tasks. The environmental approach is aimed at direct management of the formation process of professional competence of future bachelors. The organizational-procedural block of the model of the professional competence formation of future railway transport bachelors presents structural components, content, forms, methods, means of education. The control-resultative block of the proposed model includes criteria (motivational-valuable, innovative-cognitive, activity, reflective-evaluative), relevant indicators (positive motivation to master the railway worker profession, valuable attitude towards future professional activity, knowledge in the field of railway transport, knowledge of technologies regarding construction of railway structures and maintenance of the railway industry, a set of skills and practical skills of professional activity on the railway, mastering the skills of using transport technologies for the construction of railway structures and maintenance of the railway industry, the ability to evaluate one’s own activities and the activities of others, the ability to reflect and correct the obtained results) and levels (high, sufficient, medium, low) of the professional competence formation of future railway transport bachelors, diagnostic tools for their determination, as well as the result of the process reproduced in the specified model with positive dynamics. The proposed model is designed to ensure the continuity of the system process of professional competence formation of future railway transport bachelors in their training process at higher education institutions.<br />У статті теоретично обґрунтовано та розроблено структурно-функціональну модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів залізничного транспорту у фаховій підготовці, яка передбачає послідовну реалізацію структурованих – блоків (методологічно-цільового, суб’єктний, організаційно-процесуальний, контрольно-результативний). Запропонована модель покликана забезпечити безперервність системного процесу формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів залізничного транспорту у процесі їх підготовки у закладах вищої освіти.
