MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING AT AN ENTERPRISE IN THE SYSTEM OF EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT

У статті досліджено суть та роль управлінського обліку у системі управління підприємством, оскільки цей вид обліку здійснює збір, аналіз та узагальнення інформації, яка необхідна для прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень, з метою планування, контролю та прогнозування діяльності підприємства. Управлінський облік охоплює всі види облікової інформації, а отже, є ефективним інструментом управління, оскільки забезпечує всі рівні управління підприємства необхідними даними для прийняття управлінських рішень щодо планування, контролю та прогнозування майбутнього розвитку підприємства відповідно до обраної стратегії.
In modern conditions the main objective of leadership the company is making effective management decisions that ensure deriving the maximum profit. Solution to this problem is possible through providing the necessary information that forms the administrative account, as a system of collection and analysis of data financial activity.Studying the problems management accounting, you can see that there are still contradictions regarding its nature, value, and place in the system of enterprise management. In addition, analysis of the literature, normative legal acts and methodological recommendations due to organization of accounting at the enterprise impossible not to draw attention to the fact that the theme of the organization of management accounting in terms of areas not covered, or considered partially that significantly slows the further development of the company.Managerial accounting covers all types of accounting information, and therefore is an effective management tool, as it provides all levels of management enterprise the necessary data for acceptance of administrative decisions for planning, monitoring and forecasting the future development of the enterprise according to the chosen strategy.
