Process management of intellectual capital formation

The article deals with the analytical approach to the formation of the structural and logical model of management of intellectual capital of construction enterprises through the application of the process approach. The aim of the article is to find the analytical approaches to the formation of the process management of intellectual capital construction companies in order to provide a strategic vector of development. The author consider the specificity of the construction industry, which includes the features of project management. Project management is closely related to the management of individual processes. Accordingly, to increase the efficiency of the use of intellectual capital of construction companies, it is proposed to consider the production processes separately to determine the possibilities for their qualitatively new transformation. The process approach allows for maximum specificity construction industry and allows structuring process management of intellectual capital in terms of the most effective mechanisms for its implementation. The study theoretically describes the category of intellectual capital, taking into account the specificity of the construction defined as the branch, which is presented by the authors as a system, a multi-component category, meets the requirements for ensuring the effective management of construction enterprises in accordance with the generated requirements for efficiency, liquidity and financial performance of sustainability and the assessment of their property state. According to the multi-component categories of intellectual capital, the paper develops a set of information-analytical maintenance of management categories of intellectual capital with the indication of management processes of planning system. On the basis of this, the system of information and analytical support for the management of intellectual capital of construction enterprises is formed. In general, the authors develop and describe the intellectual capital management processes, based on which the authors propose the model of the process management of intellectual capital construction enterprises; this model takes into account the specificity of the construction industry, the project nature of the activity and the specificity of the use of intellectual capital in the construction industries. The developed model determines the main directions of construction processes, their rationalization by calculating the most effective model for the construction enterprise intellectual capital management.
У роботі розглядається аналітичний підхід до формування структурно-логічної моделі управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельних підприємств шляхом застосування процесного підходу. Ціллю статті є пошук аналітичних підходів до формування процесного управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельних підприємств з метою забезпечення стратегічного вектору їх розвитку. Розглядається специфіка будівельної галузі, яка включає у себе особливості проектного управління. Проектне управління тісно пов’язане із управлінням окремими процесами. Відповідно для підвищення ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу будівельних підприємств пропонується розглядати окремо виробничі процеси для визначення можливостей до їх якісно нової трансформації. Процесний підхід максимально враховує специфіку будівельної галузі та дозволяє структурувати процес управління інтелектуальним капіталом з точки зору механізмів його максимально ефективної реалізації. У результаті проведеного дослідження було теоретично описано категорію інтелектуального капіталу з урахуванням специфіки будівельної галузі, що представлена авторами як системна, багатокомпонентна категорія, що відповідає вимогам до забезпечення ефективного управління будівельними підприємствами відповідно до сформованих вимог щодо ефективності, ліквідності, фінансової стійкості результативності та оцінки їх майнового стану. Відповідно до багатокомпонентності категорії інтелектуального капіталу розроблено сукупність інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління категорією інтелектуального капіталу із зазначенням системи планування управлінських процесів. На основі цього сформована система інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельних підприємств. В загальному вигляді розроблені та описані процеси управління інтелектуальним капіталом, на основі яких запропонована модель процесного управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельних підприємств, що враховує специфіку будівельної галузі, проектний характер діяльності та специфіку використання інтелектуального капіталу на будівельних виробництвах. Розроблена модель визначає основні напрями виконання будівельних процесів, їх раціоналізацію шляхом розрахунку найбільш ефективної моделі управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельного підприємства.
