Abstract

Construction of a new 9 km long e-ring tangential to the LHC has been proposed as an option for QCD-Explorer stage of the LHeC. It is shown that L = 10^33 cm^-2s^-1 can be achieved with 90 MW synchrotron radiation losses.<br />Comment: 6 pages, 4 Tables
