A shorter proof of the Four Colour Theorem

We give a pen and paper and (comparatively) much simpler proof to verify of the Four Colour Theorem.
Comment: 13 pages; this is a follow-up to my first submission on this problem (though the rights are not the same) and which I firmly consider to be my last attempt. Acknowledgments will follow (officially) should the proof be approved
