Abstract

Culture methods for studying human norovirus infection have been recently established. Here, Ayyar and colleagues use human intestinal enteroids to dissect viral entry mechanisms and show that CLIC-mediated endocytosis and wound repair pathways are exploited by pandemic norovirus.
