Abstract
- Task performance is an important factor in promoting effective work management. In particular, Generation Z is gradually becoming important in the study of organizational behavior. This study explores the factors affecting the task performance of Generation Z employees. The data from 257 valid questionnaires were deployed and collected at enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City through a non-probability sampling method. PLS-SEM was employed, confirming that workplace autonomy, well-being, and perceived organizational support positively impact task performance. Accordingly, the findings provide a basis to propose managerial implications to promote task performance for businesses.
