Abstract

Environmental change is happening due to natural factors and human activities, which expressively mainly biodiversity. It also has the potential to reduce species that are unable to track the climate to which they are currently adapted, which could result in extinction risk. Therefore, the recent rates of species extinction are estimated to be 100 to 1000 times faster. Consequently, concerns over species extinction are warranted as it provides food for all life forms and primary health care for more than 60–80% of humans globally. Therefore, the objectives of this review is to identify the response to the effect of environmental changes and ecosystem services on biodiversity.
