Abstract

The Romanian economic environment is often subjected to dramatic and rapid changes, so the private environment is experiencing these turbulences. In this context, private companies need to adapt to these changes, to be flexible and to migrate from external integration, i.e. customer or supplier focus, to internal integration, that is to pay attention to the increased human resources of the company. A first aspect would be detachment from the stellar concepts that extrinsic motivation is the most important motivation and channel its attention to intrinsic motivation. In this respect, modern companies are looking for ways to define themselves as flexible organizations, capable of taking over the information from the outside environment and transforming them into forecasts, as well as embracing both structural and mental changes as opportune. For this reason, the studies attach importance to the phenomenon of organizational culture, as well as to the relationship established between it and the organizational.
