EVALUATION OF GEOGRAPHICAL WORKBOOKS IN THE TOPIC OF THE PLANET EARTH

Abstract

This article deals with the current state of the concept of workbooks from geo-graphy at elementary schools. It contains basic steps and specifics of creation and describes their advantages and usability in the educational process. The dimension of workbooks consists of tasks that are grouped according to the types of their didactic processing, formulation and according to Bloom's taxonomy of cognitive skills associated with the dimension of knowledge. Based on the scientific attributes of expertise and didactic processing, the thesis includes the evaluation of current workbooks from geography for elementary school in Planet Earth. The main aspect is formulating and creating tasks, pointing to the most common shortcomings and their modifications. The article also points to the adequacy of the content of the tasks with the state educational program and to the didactic age adequacy of the solution. The atricle is complemented by a number of attachments that better describing in more detail the problem at hand.
