Abstract
- Abstract The cause of early aseptic loosening in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is uncertain, although several possibilities could be offered. We report that osteonecrosis of the knee should be considered as a possible cause or contributing etiologic factor for early aseptic loosening following primary TKA.
