In this article the author carries out the comparative analysis of provision of Islamic banking in the territory of the CIS, by EurAsEC and the Russian Federation. Potential and functioning of Islamic banking in the territory of Russia are considered. The author considers Islamic bank as improving and socially oriented tools for economic and economic activity in Russia.
