Nursing of a patient with Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium infection complicated by vomiting (1例感染鼠伤寒沙门菌伴呕吐患者的护理体会)

This article summarized the nursing management for a patient with Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium infection complicated by vomiting. A nursing plan including isolation strategy for prevention of enteric infections, nursing intervention on relief of vomiting symptoms, psychological care, illness monitoring and dietary guidance were carried out during the treatment. The nursing plan was designed to reduce the incidence of complicaitons, relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例感染鼠伤寒沙门菌伴呕吐患者的护理经验, 包括肠道传染病隔离措施、呕吐护理、心理护理、病情观察、饮食护理等护理措施, 通过积极有效的护理措施预防并发症, 改善患者症状, 促进患者早日康复。)
