Research on mine pump motor energy saving test system and dynamic loading characteristics

Abstract

The test technology of hydraulic simulation loading and hydraulic power recovery are used to design an energy saving test system for mine pump and motor,and the dynamic load characteristics of the test system are analyzed and simulated in AMESim.Research results show that:The test system can be loaded dynamically and has significant efficiency of energy recovery.In dynamic loading process,the transient displacement matching of hydraulic pump and feedback motor is the main factor of strong oscillation of the system,properly adjusting the response time of the feedback motor displacement can significantly reduce the system oscillation.The motor controlled by servo valve has dual functions of driving and braking,which can improve the speed stiffness of the pump and motor transmission shaft.Due to mine hydraulic pump and motor have larger power density and worse working condition,the application of dynamic loading and energy recovery technology is closer to industrial production practice,so the research has practical value.
