Abstract Aims Non‐dilated left ventricular cardiomyopathy (NDLVC) was proposed as a new category of cardiomyopathy that included patients with non‐left ventricular (LV) dilatation, LV wall motion abnormality, or LV scar. However, the clinical background and event rates of NDLVC were unclear.
