Intelligent Educational Software Technology Facilitates Model Innovation in Higher Education Management and Multicultural Integration Education

Abstract
- Higher education is the first productive force of science and technology, the first resource of talents, and the first driving force of innovation, and it plays a pivotal strategic role in the historical process of realizing Chinese-style modernization. Accelerating the construction and development of high-quality higher education and comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent cultivation is an inevitable trend in line with the development of the information age. The theoretical definition of the quality and characteristics of higher education management is used to analyze the development and quality needs of higher education in depth. Then, the intelligent education software for higher education is developed and designed by using the Android system in combination with the needs of the higher education model, and the multiculturalism is integrated, and the multicultural integration education model based on the intelligent education software is designed. On this basis, an evaluation model for education management quality was constructed using fuzzy synthesis, and an evaluation index system was established. The weights of the three first-level indicators of teaching organization and management quality, teachers’ comprehensive business quality, and students’ learning and comprehensive skills are 0.124, 0.255, and 0.621, respectively. In conclusion, utilizing the evaluation model to evaluate the effect of this paper’s education model, the comprehensive average score of this paper’s education model is 4.097, which is a high level. This result fully verifies that the multicultural integration education model based on intelligent education software in this paper has excellent performance, and the scientific research provides a reference for the development of higher education management and further explores the high-quality education model of higher education.
