Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between fall risk and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution of inpatients, and provide reference for reducing the occurrence of fall risk among inpatients. Methods The TCM constitution classification and determination scale was used to evaluate the physique types of patients with high risk falls in hospital, to investigate the risk of falls in hospital and the physical condition of TCM, and to analyze the correlation between fall risk and TCM physique by single factor and multiple stepwise regression.
