La reconstruction de la commune d’Ōtsuchi : étude des souhaits des habitants

This article contains findings from a study done by the University of Tokyo Urban Design Laboratory in cooperation with the inhabitants of Akahama, a neighborhood in the town of Ōtsuchi (Iwate Prefecture), in order to propose a reconstruction plan taking into account Akahama’s disaster history and the hopes and dreams of its residents.
