PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMING A FAVORABLE SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN THE MILITARY COLLECTIVE

The article presents the results of a study ofpedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the military collective of conscripted servicemen in the modern Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The author notes the relevance of the search for new solutions in the creation of a favorable climate in the team, which is one of the necessary conditions for the effective activities of the units and the professional success of each soldier individually. The formation of a favorable climate in the military team is a purposeful, organized, systematic and consistent activity of the leadership. Based on the characteristics of the environment and the nature of army groups, pedagogical conditions of formation of the climate consists of three blocks: organizational, psychological and pedagogical and technological.
