Abstract

Personal brand and branding of people is a relatively new concept in the field of branding. A distinctive and positive image of a particular personal brand can represent significant leverage for successful positioning of new products on the market. The aim of this paper is to describe how to build and develop a personal brand and how to maintain and operate the integrated marketing communication.
