Nursing of a patient with intertrochanteric fracture combined with pressure injuries in the left buttocks (1例股骨粗隆间骨折合并左臀部压力性损伤的护理体会)

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with intertrochanteric fracture combined with pressure injuries in the left buttocks. Effective treatment plan was made based on the nursing evaluation of stage of pressure injuries. Wound dressing material and dressing change methods were carefully considered according to the different phases of wound healing. Targeted nursing interventions were carried out to improve the wound healing of the patient with pressure injuries.
