Abstract

Relevance. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the use of innovative technologies based on artificial intelligence in various fields. At the moment AI-based technologies are at the stage of rapid development and in relation to digital transformation, not only approaches to the processes of selecting human resources are changing, but also the functions of an HR specialist. The purpose of the work is to analyze innovative technologies that currently exist on the market, highlight the features of their application when working with human resources and present relevant solutions based on artificial intelligence that are currently used in the Russian market and identify their advantages. Speaking of methods, qualitative content analysis and document analysis were applied in this work, the following sources were analyzed: scientific works on this issue, publications in business journals, economics journals, publications on forums for HR specialists. Results. The article shows the relevance of the use of AI-based technologies in personnel management, namely in the recruitment processes, the features of the use of technologies when working with human resources are outlined. The analysis of the tools that are currently represented on the Russian market is introduced in the paper, among the most relevant are the following: Texito, robot Vera, Potok, North.AI, CleverStaff, HireVue, Echo, delta.ai and XOR chatbot. The solutions mentioned above allow you to perform a wide range of tasks: from structuring vacancies to conducting video interviews with reading the emotions and gestures of the candidate. The article discusses the main advantages of using innovative technologies based on artificial intelligence in recruiting.
