This study examines the political works works written by Marx between 1843 and 1857 -prior to the writing of the Grundrisse- which are part of his first stage of thinking. In this way, the argumentative structure used by the young Marx to justify his thesis of the extinction of the State is constructed, offering the reader the central arguments that support this idea
