Abstract

The engineering and technical aspects of modeling the key procedures of combination of scientific, industrial and business printing organizations within local, national or international scale with the aim of creating innovative ecosystems are considered. The current state of materials and technologies for the wide range printing production is analyzed. The resources for the printing products are considered, taking into account the environmental aspect. The algorithm of the start-up valuation methodology has been developed. The methodology consists of a combination of steps, that experts perform in the process of evaluating a start-up and the main goal of the recommendations is to accelerate the growth of a startup by empowering its stakeholders: ‘creating the stakeholders’; ‘empowering the stakeholders’; ‘boosting the stakeholders’. The principle of HAB is proposed to build the structure of the innovation environment. The concept of an innovative environment creating process mathematical model is proposed. The model takes into account parameters that describe the functioning of the entrepreneurial ecosystem structural elements and a set of competences that correspond to an innovative idea. The mathematical model is represented by a system of functional dependencies: the number of competencies in the synchronization mode at all levels (elements) of the HUB, time interval for the synchronization of competencies of all levels (determined from the project success conditions), project execution time. Practical application of the proposed model allows developing problem-oriented tools in the form of start-ups. The life cycle of a start-up, its stages and components are considered. The elements of the start-up project space and potential stakeholders are identified.
