Abstract
- In the title compound, C11H17ClNO+·NO3−, the side chain of the ethylammonium group is orientated approximately perpendicular to the benzene ring, the dihedral angle between the C/C/N plane of the ethylammonium group and the benzene ring being 79.40 (18)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds are observed between the cation and the anion.
