Experience of CVC maintenance in a patient with esophageal cancer (1例食管癌患者中心静脉导管维护体会)

This paper, is mean to summarized the key points and methods in maintenance of central venous catheter(CVC) line, so as to reduce the blockage, disjunction of CVC, catheterrelated blood steam infection through reviewing the standardized nursing care of indwelling central venous catheterization(CVC)in a patient with esophageal cancer. The high-quality maintenance of CVC provides an assurance to the application of various hypertonic rescue drugs and long-term infusion of parenteral nutrition, therefore improving the quality of life of patients. (本文通过回顾1例食管癌患者留置中心静脉导管(CVC)的标准化护理措施, 总结留置CVC的护理方法和要点, 从而降低堵管、脱管、导管相关性血流感染等发生风险, 保持管路通畅, 为各种高渗抢救药物的应用以及肠外营养的长期输注提供保证, 进而提高患者的生命质量。)
