La nueva Ley 6/2022 del procedimiento de elaboracion de las disposiciones de carácter general de Euskadi. Analisis desde la perspectiva de la better regulation

In June 2022, The Basque legislature passed Act 6/2022 on the Procedure for the Drafting of General Provisions in Euskadi. This new act implies a boost to the normative quality within the Basque Autonomous Community. This article analyzes the most significant features of this legal text, bringing its more decisive factors to light and accordingly contributing to its dissemination and knowledge by the doctrine. Likewise, this paper aims more specifically to compare this new act to the perspective of the principles of better regulation set by the European Commission, an institution that is a reference regarding the quality of laws within our legal order.
