COLETA, TRATAMENTO E ARMAZENAMENTO DE FLUXOS NO PADRÃO NETFLOW

This work presents a tool that collect, store and allows a posterior analysis of the flows, in the NetFlow standard. Due to increasing number of connected devices and access to the Internet, the traffic density over networks have also increased greatly. To ensure safety, it must be possible to identify adverse events to the network environment. Traditional analytical methods used to capture packets, which is computationally infeasible in some cases (when the amount of traffic is very large, for example), the collection using flows is most suitable in these cases. This work aims at the development of an application that collects, treats and stores flows, in the Netflow standard. The flows are collected using a UDP socket, with a Gateway (OpenBSD) assistance and stored in a MySQL database.
