- Abstract Purpose Pre-existing hypertension is reportedly a major risk factor for bevacizumab-induced proteinuria. However, few studies have focused on the effects of blood pressure (BP) control on proteinuria during bevacizumab treatment. We report a retrospective study of the association between poor BP control and the risk of developing proteinuria in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC).
