Abstract
- Kant philosopher of war? In the reknowned review “Internationale Politik”, edited by the German Association for Foreign Politics, Berlin, the German General K., formerly active in leading functions in NATO, pretends to have discovered that Kant is not a philosopher of peace, but rather a defender of military actions, including what are now called “humanitarian interventions” and that NATO has every right to refer to him. In the following article this daring thesis is refuted and shown to be unfounded. NATO cannot invoke Kant. The UN can all the more.
