Environment protection in Islamic law: aspects; principles and law

Abstract: Through this paper I examine the aspects of environment protection in Islamic charia and its basics and justifications, and the transformations of this concepts to legal rules reflecting the will of Allah the most mighty. In this perspective I have divided this study to three sections: firstly the aspects of environment protection in Islam, secondly the principles of environment safeguard in an Islamic view; thirdly the doctrinal code of environment protection.
