Abstract

If the basic creative mood is open to the world in active passivity, experiences of epiphanic events are also possible. Post-Cartesian responsive phenomenology can help to reconstruct this. Using a textual description of a surrealistic waking dream at night from'Weihrauch und Ziegenkäse. Syncretistic Stories'by Ulrich Kadelbach, this study illustrates this hypothesis. To this end, the author develops the whole problem and the research question epistemologically. The study's scenic hermeneutic analysis enables a different look at the subject, which is always already a response to the self-revelation of the prior givenness of being and a form of animism of things (material substance), thematised here atheistically as a form of metaphysics without God.
