Nuevas exigencias del mercado laboral para los profesionales de Bibliotecología en el Perú

Objectives: Understand and identify the knowledge, skills, abilities and level of education more required in offers job in the area of Library and Information Sciences in Peru published on the web during May-August 2014. Materials and Methods: We used as sources to web portals Bumeran y Computrabajo. We extracted 50 job advertisements which belong to public and private institutions published since 1st may to 31 august 2014. We used as the search term "librarian" and "librarianship".
