Evaluación de la investigación: una aproximación a su reforma y al papel emergente de los servicios bibliotecarios

An overview on the debate about research evaluation reform and its new context is offered in which declarations, manifestos and reports play an important role as frames of reference and drivers of change; the analyzes and proposals of experts and working and research groups contribute to laying the foundations for a necessary reform; the will to promote this reform is manifested from the political sphere and is taking shape in measures that seek a thorough review of the principles and evaluation criteria, and the library profession commitment with support and guidance to research staff and institutional managers is increasingly broader and more profound.
