Abstract
- In July, 2006, the FDA will require that all foods sold in the U.S. specifically list the trans fatty acids content. Currently, laws allow labels to include trans fats within the general category of fats. Frito-Lay has already changed the label on its Doritos snack foods to show that it contains no trans fats.
